DELIVERY

Chef Jett Cookies are baked in-house in Underwood, QLD.

Chef Jett is also semi based in Capalaba (due to schooling.) Therefore, we will offer free delivery within the Underwood/Springwood and Capalaba/Alex Hills areas for free.

Outside of these locations but within close by suburbs we offer delivery for $5.

Delivery within these areas will be done on a day and time organized between the purchaser and Chef Jett. 

Upon placing an order let us know when you would like your delivery and we will endeavor to fulfill your requested time/day.

If on arrival the purchaser is unavailable to receive the order, it will be left on the property in a safe location with a photo sent to the purchaser showing its location on the premise. Once Chef Jett cookies have been delivered any damage or contamination to the box is not the responsibility of Chef Jett.

We ship postal orders MONDAY & TUESDAY ONLY as we want our cookies to reach you in time for the weekend. We don’t want our freshly baked product sitting in the warehouse not being enjoyed by you! Our preference is to bake it fresh and ship on the same day.

EG. If you order your cookies on a Wednesday we will not post until the following Monday.

Express Post shipping is a flat rate of $15.00. Minimum order of $35.00.

Once your order is shipped, we will notify you with a tracking code to track your delivery. If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days from the date of dispatch - please contact us at chefjett@outlook.com so we can track your package.

Each one of our cookies is individually heat sealed and they are also shipped within our premium shipping boxes ensuring your cookies will arrive fresh and ready to eat!

We ship postal orders via express post only. Please allow 1-2 business days for the cookies to arrive. For regional and rural orders delivery time may be longer.
